Miller Park, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
MILWAUKEE (AP) -- The St. Louis Cardinals have seen just about enough of Milwaukee Brewers slugger Ryan Braun over the past two days.
Fast Facts
• Ryan Braun went deep twice for the second consecutive night. The last Brewer with back-to-back two-homer games was Geoff Jenkins in 2001.
• Milwaukee starter Dave Bush allowed one run in six innings to earn just his first win of the season.
• Guillermo Mota earned the save, his first since he did so with the Marlins in 2005.
Game notes
Brewers CF Mike Cameron doubled in the third, snapping an 0-for-14 stretch. ... Ankiel hit his seventh homer of the season in the first. ... Gagne's appearance in the seventh inning was the first time he had pitched in a game before the eighth since April 2, 2002 for Los Angeles against San Francisco.
