PHOENIX -- Tim Lincecum shut down the Arizona Diamondbacks for the second time in less than a week. This time, he got enough support to finally earn his first win of the season.
The reigning NL Cy Young Award winner struck out 12 in eight innings and the San Francisco Giants beat the Diamondbacks 5-1 on Friday night for their fourth straight win.Fast Facts
• Tim Lincecum threw eight innings of five-hit ball with one earned run and 12 strikeouts. He threw 123 pitches.
• Bengie Molina provided most of the offense, going 3-for-5 with his third homer of the season.
• Doug Davis, who went to San Francisco City College, allowed five earned runs in six innings for the Diamondbacks.
• The Diamondbacks have alternated wins and losses in their last seven games. The Giants have won four straight.

Arizona LF Conor Jackson was scratched due to illness. ... Giants LHP Randy Johnson makes his first appearance in Arizona with a visiting team on Saturday. "He should get a tremendous reception, for all he's done for that organization," Bochy said. "They've got a World Series ring, and that doesn't happen without Randy Johnson." ... Arizona began a stretch of 40 games in 41 days.
