CLEVELAND -- Victor Martinez and the Detroit Tigers found a way to pick up Justin Verlander.
Verlander won his 10th straight start and earned his 22nd victory overall, helped when Martinez hit a late grand slam that sent the Tigers over the Cleveland Indians 8-6 Wednesday.The AL Central-leading Tigers completed a three-game sweep and won their sixth in a row.Verlander's historic win

Verlander has thrown at least six innings and 100 pitches in all 31 starts this season. ...
