Travis d'Arnaud worked out back in Port St. Lucie on Wednesday morning. He is throwing with no issue and will begin more rigorous baseball activity on Thursday, assistant GM John Ricco said. D'Arnaud is on the DL with a rotator cuff strain. He had been at home in California with his own physical therapist.
