Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said that in the wake of Dee Gordon's positive test for performance-enhancing substances the team asked questions but found there is no avenue for protesting the results of a four-game series against the Marlins. Gordon, who had appealed a positive test, had a major impact in the Marlins' sweep at Dodger Stadium this week.

Tigers ace Justin Verlander, who spoke out on Twitter earlier today in the wake of Dee Gordon's 80-game suspension for PED's, said he believes there is a general consensus among players that there should be more frequent testing and harsher penalties.
