Smoltz: Matt Harvey will be better

John Smoltz will be the first pitcher to make the Hall of Fame after having Tommy John surgery and he thinks the Mets ace will be fine. "You are going to be OK the next year (after the surgery), you are going to be great the second year. You are just going to be missing a little bit with your fine-tuned pitches, secondary pitches. ... But everything after 15 months gets better and better and better."
