BOSTON -- The San Antonio Spurs rested up before playing the defending champions, and it paid off.
"It's hard for the oldest team in the NBA to feel fresh," coach Gregg Popovich said Sunday after the Spurs scored 11 straight points in the final 45 seconds to turn a one-point deficit into a 105-99 victory over the Boston Celtics.Struggling Defense
The Celtics have allowed opponents to score at least 100 points in three straight games and six of their last eight. It's just the second time over the last two seasons that Boston has allowed teams to score at least 100 points in three straight games.
