CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- Dion Waiters scored 18 points while Anderson Varejao added eight points and nine rebounds to help the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Chicago Bulls 86-83 in an exhibition game at the Assembly Hall on Friday night.
