Kobe Bryant said he doesn't have a preference whether the Lakers retire his No. 8 or his No. 24 jersey at some point in the future. Said Lakers spokesman John Black: "Weve had internal discussions and will continue with more formal conversations on the issue, but as to what number will be retired or when we will do it, we do not have any information to share publicly at this time."
