SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) -- Kenny Hasbrouck scored 20 points and had six steals to lead Siena to an 88-66 win over Fairleigh Dickinson Tuesday in the consolation game of the NIT Season Tip-off.
Siena (1-2) had lost to Syracuse (2-0) 97-89, and Fairleigh Dickinson (0-2) dropped an 86-66 decision to Saint Joseph's in the opening round.
Siena's 13 steals, part of 22 turnovers by the Knights, gave the Saints 26 points off turnovers. Late in the first half, Siena took advantage of seven of those to take control with a 9-0 run and never looked back.
Siena guard Ronald Moore distributed the ball liberally, recording nine assists.
