KENT, Ohio -- Randal Holt made a pair of free throws with 18 seconds left in overtime to snap a 62-62 tie and Kent State held off Drexel for a 66-62 win in the teams' season opener Friday night.
Holt, the Golden Flashes' leading scorer a year ago, scored 17 points, including another pair of free throws with three seconds left to lock up the victory.
