Drew Valentine had 13 points and Cory Petros and Ryan Bass scored 12 each for the Golden Grizzlies, who shot 59 percent from the field in the first half and 55 percent for the game. Oakland was 9 of 18 on 3-pointers, scored 26 points off Albion turnovers and never trailed.

Lawrence Ridgell scored 15 points and Adam Zavadil had 14 for the Britons, a Division III program, in their first meeting with Oakland since 1973.
