CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- Antoine Myers led four double-digit scorers with 13 points and Troy defeated Chattanooga 68-61 Monday in a nonconference affair.
There were four lead changes in the second half after the Trojans left the locker room up 30-25. The Mocs (1-3) opened on a 7-0 scoring run to go up 32-30, but relinquished the advantage when Williams drained a 3 to put Troy up 35-34 with 16:31 left. Gee McGhee hit a jumper for Chattanooga 49 seconds later as the Mocs again leapt ahead.
Chattanooga maintained the lead until Scott drained consecutive 3-pointers to pull even at 48-all, and after a dunk by Myers put Troy up 50-48, the Trojans began to pull away.
