BOZEMAN, Mont. -- Stacy Davis scored a career-high 22 points in his first double-double performance to lead Pepperdine to a 76-66 victory over Montana State on Thursday night.
Davis, a freshman forward, grabbed 11 rebounds for the Waves (4-2).
The Waves, who had a 36-26 lead at halftime, shot 50.9 percent from the field for the game.
The Bobcats shot 39.7 percent from the field for the game, which had three lead changes.
The Waves have their first four-game winning streak since November 2007.
SMU has signed a second player from Australia, 6-foot-11 forward Harry Froling, to a national letter of intent. The Mustangs previously signed guard Tom Wilson from Australia.
