Melvin Morgan scored 11 for the Bengals (1-6), who actually led 5-4 after the first 3 minutes of the game.
But Idaho State was never that close again as E.J. Singler made a 3-pointer to give the Ducks a 7-5 advantage. Oregon outscored Idaho State 50-11 from that point to lead 54-16 at halftime.
Kazemi had 11 points and six rebounds in the first half. Dotson scored all of his in the second half.
Oregon thoroughly dominated Idaho State in every statistical category. The Ducks outrebounded the Bengals 47-19 -- including 23-4 in the first half -- and had more assists (19-6).
