WICHITA, Kan. -- Cleanthony Early scored 20 points to lead Wichita State to a 65-53 win over Charleston Southern on Thursday night.
Early was 8 of 14 from the field. Nick Wiggins had 11 points for the Shockers (10-1). Chadrack Luftie had 12 rebounds.
Charleston Southern led 28-27 at halftime. The Shockers shot 41 percent from the field for the game, while the Buccaneers shot 34 percent.
Saah Nimely had 21 points and seven rebounds for Charleston Southern (4-6). Arlon Harper had 12 points.
