HONOLULU -- Garrett Jefferson may have only scored two points all night but his go-ahead bucket as time expired to give Hawaii a thrilling 90-88 last-second victory over Cal State Fullerton on Thursday night was well worth the wait.
After Cal State Fullerton's D.J. Seeley made a 3-pointer to tie it at 88 with 6 seconds left, Jefferson returned the favor, sending his Warriors home with a victory on the last-second jumper.
