LORETTO, Pa. -- Jonathon Williams had 19 points and eight rebounds, and Wagner led by 16 points at halftime en route to an 81-56 victory over St. Francis (Pa.) in a Northeast Conference game on Saturday.
Williams made 8 of 10 shots from the field, and Wagner shot 57.6 percent (34 of 59) and held St. Francis to 35.7 percent (20 of 56). The Seahawks also won the battle on the boards 35-25.
Eric Fanning scored 15 points, Orlando Parker had 14 points and seven rebounds and Latif Rivers and Kenneth Ortiz contributed 10 points apiece for the Seahawks (11-8, 5-3) in their second consecutive victory.
From an 18-10 advantage with 8:48 left in the first half, Wagner took control, outscoring St. Francis 12-2 to lead 30-12 with 4:57 remaining.
