TROY, Ala. -- Tevin Calhoun scored 15 points to lead Troy to a 71-52 victory against Louisiana-Lafayette in a Sun Belt Conference game on Saturday night.
Ray Chambers had 10 points for the Trojans (10-13, 5-7), who have won three of their past four.
Troy outshot Louisiana-Lafayette in all three categories, making 46.8 percent (26 of 55) on field goals to ULL's 37.7 percent (20 of 53), 50 percent on 3-pointers (9 of 18) to 38.9 percent (7 of 18), and 83.3 percent (10 of 12) from the line to the Cajuns' 50 percent (5 of 10).
Troy led 33-23 at halftime, and the closest the Cajuns got in the second half was 39-34. The Trojans' 16-3 run clinched the game.
