HANOVER, N.H. -- Denton Koon scored 18 points and hot-shooting Princeton dominated inside for a 73-55 Ivy League win over Dartmouth on Friday night.
The Tigers (12-8, 5-1), coming off a 69-65 loss to Yale that snapped their six-game winning streak, broke a 19-19 tie with a 15-3 spurt. Princeton led 42-28 at halftime after shooting 60 percent from the field (15 of 25), 5 of 7 from long range and 7 of 7 from the line.
The Big Green (6-15, 2-5) could get no closer than 13 in the second half.
Princeton utilized its size advantage to outscore Dartmouth 36-24 in the paint and outrebound the Big Green 35-21.
