JACKSONVILLE, Ala. -- Tarvin Gaines had 23 points and 10 rebounds, and Brian Williams hit the final basket with 9 seconds left to lead Jacksonville State to a 67-65 victory over Southeast Missouri State in an Ohio Valley Conference game Wednesday.
Jacksonville State led points off turnovers 14-3 and 22-12 in second-chance points.
