SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. -- Dylan Royer's 3-pointer with 0.7 seconds remaining gave Cal Poly a 63-60 victory against Loyola Marymount in a BracketBusters game on Saturday night.
Loyola took a 60-57 lead on Chase Flint's 3-pointer with 1:47 remaining. The Mustangs tied it on Eversley's three-point play with just over a minute to play.
Cal Poly regained possession, and the ball was deflected by the Lions out of bounds and under the basket with 2.7 seconds left. Royer came off a curl as Walker slipped on the floor, leaving Royer wide open.
