HIGH POINT, N.C. -- Rashun Davis scored 17 points to spark Radford past Big South Conference-leader High Point 63-58 Wednesday night.
Kion Brown came off the bench for 14 points while R.J. Price and Javonte Green added 10 apiece for Radford. Green, the only Radford (13-17, 7-8) player to start every game this season, made a game-high six free throws.
Radford, coming off back-to-back overtime losses, trailed 56-49 with 5:07 left but outscored High Point 14-2 over the final 5 minutes to pull away.
Price, Green and Davis combined to sink 11 free throws during the game-ending run and High Point did not score again until Allan Chaney's dunk with 20 seconds remaining.
Radford shot just 36 percent (20 of 55) but scored 19 points off 13 High Point turnovers.
Chaney had 15 points and Adam Weary 13 for the Panthers (16-12, 11-4), whose only Big South North Division losses have come against Radford.
