DENTON, Texas -- Alzee Williams scored 19 points on Thursday night and North Texas rolled to a 74-50 victory over Arkansas State.
North Texas (12-19, 7-13 Sun Belt) also got 16 points and three steals from Jordan Williams, 12 points and three steals from Roger Franklin and 10 points, 13 rebounds and three blocked shots from Tony Mitchell.
Arkansas State made just 25 percent of its shots for the game and was only 1 of 23 from 3-point range.
