HACKENSACK, N.J. -- Shivaughn Wiggins scored 28 points as Mount St. Mary's beat Fairleigh Dickinson 103-82 Saturday in the Northeast Conference season finale for both teams.
After Mustafaa Jones' 3-pointer cut Fairleigh Dickinson's deficit to 52-45, Mount St. Mary's went on an 18-10 run capped by Whack's 3-pointer to go up 72-58 with 10:52 remaining.
The Knights made it 76-67 with 7:54 left, but a jumper by Sam Prescott pushed the lead to 78-67 at the 7:46 mark. The Mount led by double figures the rest of the way.
Gregory Graves had 10 points and a game-high nine boards to help Mount St. Mary's outrebound Fairleigh Dickinson 49-28.
Melquan Bolding scored 19 points for the Knights (7-24, 2-16), who end the season with 15 straight losses.
