The Aces (18-13, 10-8 Missouri Valley) also got 12 points from Ryan Sawvell to gain a split in their two-game season series in their final home game of the regular season.
Ryan hit 11 of 19 shots from the floor, including 3 of 4 from 3-point range.
Evansville scored 38 points off the bench and forced 14 turnovers.
Indiana State, which led briefly early in the second half, scored 21 points off the bench and forced 13 turnovers.
Evansville helped maintain its advantage by connecting on seven of its final 10 shots.
