NACOGDOCHES, Texas -- Desmond Haymon's layup with 11 seconds left in the game gave Stephen F. Austin a 64-63 victory over Northwestern State on Saturday night.
Stephen F. Austin (24-3, 14-2 Southland) was led by Taylor Smith, who scored 18 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Stephen F. Austin had a 36-30 advantage on the glass.
Antonio Bostic finished with 15 points and Haymon had 13.
