Williams' 21 points came on 8 of 11 shooting from the field and 5 of 5 at the stripe. He grabbed 10 rebounds.
Foul shooting helped Wagner overcome a 2 for 12 3-point performance. The Seahawks hit 23 of 30 free throws.
