STANFORD, Calif. -- Chasson Randle scored 22 points and matched his career high with six assists, and Stanford snapped its longest losing streak at home this season with an 84-66 win over Utah on Sunday.
Dwight Powell added 15 points, eight rebounds and four assists while Gabriel Harris had a career-high 14 points and seven rebounds off the bench for the Cardinal. Stanford (17-13, 8-9 Pac-12) led by as many as 22 points, using a big run in the second to pull away. The Cardinal had lost three in a row at Maples Pavilion.
Jarred DuBois had 22 points for Utah, 14 in the second half. It wasn't enough to prevent the Utes (11-17, 3-13) from losing their fourth straight.
The LSU TIgers didn't make much hay with Ben Simmons and now must regroup and rebuild around Antonio Blakeney and Craig VIctor.
Oregon could lose multiple players to the NBA next spring, so the Ducks are preparing by pursuing plenty of scorers and an elite frontcourt prospect.
