RADFORD, Va. -- Javonte Green scored 23 points and pulled in 12 rebounds to lead Radford to a 91-76 win over Chattanooga on Monday night.
Green's double-double gave Radford (1-1) its highest total score against a Division I opponent under coach Mike Jones. Joining Green in double digits for the Highlanders were Rashun Davis, who was 11 of 12 from the free-throw line with 13 points overall, and Ya Ya Anderson, with 12 points.
Anderson, making his first start, hauled in eight rebounds.
Radford shot 51 percent from the field and hit 6 of 12 from beyond the arc, while Chattanooga struggled, hitting just 22 of 61 from the field and 10 of 28 from 3-point range.
