LEWISTON, N.Y. -- Charlon Kloof scored 18 points, including the game-winning layup at the buzzer, as St. Bonaventure held off a late Niagara rally to win 74-72 on Saturday night.
St. Bonaventure (8-4) blew a 10-point halftime advantage as Niagara rallied late in the second half to take a 70-67 lead with 2:39 left. But the Bonnies tied it back up at 72 on a Dion Wright layup, then got the rebound on a missed Niagara 3-pointer with seven seconds left and Kloof hit the full court layup to avoid an OT showdown.
