CONWAY, Ark. -- Jalen Jackson had 22 points to lead five players in double figures as Central Arkansas routed Hendrix 109-59 in an exhibition Tuesday night.
Central Arkansas led by as much as 32 points in the first half on the strength of six 3-pointers, three by Jackson. Lenell Brown came off the bench and added three 3-pointers to go with his 13 points. The Bears were 11 of 24 from 3-point range.
Central Arkansas begins the season with interim head coach Clarence Finley, who had been UCA's associate head coach the past three seasons.
