KyRee Jones kept the Hawks in the game by scoring 15 of 17 points in the first half as Columbia took a 31-26 lead into the break.

The Lions pulled away early in the second half by going on a 29-6 run sparked by Osetkowski's four assists. Columbia hit six straight 3-point shots and Grant Mullins scored 11 of his 13 points during that stretch.
