CLEVELAND -- Trey Lewis scored 17 points as Cleveland State rolled past Valparaiso 69-50 on Saturday.
Valpo led early, but an 8-0 run by Cleveland State, including treys by Harris and Forbes, put the Vikings up by four at 15-11. A 10-0 run just a couple of minutes later opened things up and Cleveland State led 31-20 at the break. Valpo shot 5 of 23 in the first half, missing its final five shots.
Cleveland State scored the first six points after the intermission and cruised to the win.
