AUSTIN, Texas -- Nneka Enemkpali had 24 points and 20 rebounds Tuesday night to lead No. 15 Texas to an 80-53 win over Jackson State.
Enemkpali, a 6-foot-1 sophomore, has had double figures in both scoring and rebounding in all three of Texas' games this season. The rebound total is the highest of her career.
Chassidy Fussell scored 16 points, Cokie Reed scored 14, Imani McGee-Stafford had 12 points and Empress Davenport scored 10 points for the Longhorns (3-0).
Beatrice Banks and Dominique Brothern led the Tigers (0-3) with eight points each.
