Brett Favre may be the all time great and Trent Edwards the young QB, but it is Edwards who is the model of consistency and Favre who is spectacular one minute and a disaster the next. Both QBs are projected for 210 yards, completing 63 percent or more of their passes and at least 1 pass TD. However, Favre is averaging twice as many interceptions as Edwards (1.2 to 0.6) which is why Buffalo is favored. The Custom Game Simulator indicates that if Favre has no interceptions the Jets are only 1 point underdogs. The Bills also have the edge running the ball with Marshawn Lynch and Fred Jackson combining for 140 yards.
