• With the win, Arizona is three games above .500 for the first time since 1988.
• Kurt Warner completed 76.2 percent of his passes for 328 yards, the sixth time this season Warner has completed at least 70 percent of his passes. Warner has 300 passing yards in 45 percent of his starts, highest all-time in the NFL.
• San Francisco lost its sixth consecutive game, the fourth time in five seasons the 49ers have had a losing streak that lengthy.
