Fox reports that Hall is visiting the Giants on Tuesday. My understand is that Hall has visited several teams this offseason, and that the big concerns about him are on the medical end of it – particularly a back injury that gave him trouble late last year. If he checks out physically and the Giants' doctors clear him, he makes sense as a signing for them. But don't be surprised if it takes a while.
