Ravens swap second-round picks with Jacksonville, falling back from No. 36 to No. 38. Baltimore gets a fifth -round pick (146th overall).

Myles Jack didn’t fit for Jags at 5 because of presence of Telvin Smith on weak side. A lot easier to swallow at 36.

Chargers select Arkansas TE Hunter Henry with No. 35 pick in the second round, gives them a developmental prospect behind veteran TE Antonio Gates.

Mike DiRocco ESPN Staff Writer

The Jaguars have traded up two spots. Giving up the 38th pick and 146th pick. Traded with Baltimore for 36th pick. I would expect it to be Myles Jack.

Matt Bowen ESPN Staff Writer

Jaylon Smith graded out as a Top 5 player before the knee injury. Pass rush ability, athleticism and pro size. Rare talent. Could be a steal for the Cowboys when he is fully healthy and back on the field. Smith is expected to sit during the 2016 season.

Pat McManamon ESPN Staff Writer

VP Sashi Brown said the team's goal in the draft was to add a playmaker on offense and an edge rusher on defense. Emmanuel Ogbah is the edge rusher. He had 24 sacks the last two seasons and was the highest-rated edge rusher on the Browns board. Brown said the team had a first-round grade on him.

The stunner of Round 2 so far: Jaylon Smith before Myles Jack.

Darren Rovell ESPN Senior Writer

Jaylon Smith will get $900,000 in loss of value insurance as a result of slipping to the 34th pick in this year's draft

Todd Archer ESPN Staff Writer

The Cowboys have made the move with Notre Dame LB Jaylon Smith at No. 34 overall. He will not play this year but the Cowboys are comfortable giving him time. Team doctor Dr. Daniel Cooper performer Smith's surgery and knows everything that needs to be done big healthy Cowboys would have considered him at No. 4.

Stephania Bell ESPN Senior Writer

Congratulations Jaylon Smith! Going to the Cowboys makes perfect sense. Why? His surgeon, Dr. Dan Cooper, is the Cowboys team physician.
