Longtime Bucs defensive coordinator and Jaguars assistant Monte Kiffin has been named one of two winners of the Pro Football Writers of America's Paul "Dr. Z" Zimmerman Award, given for lifetime achievement by an assistant. Broncos defensive coordinator Wade Phillips is the other recipient.
