Matthew Berry's Love/Hate Week 5

Eli Manning has been on a hot streak, tossing 7 TDs in his past 3 games. And with the 49ers coming to town, Berry believes it's a recipe for a handful of big plays vs. a team that has allowed the most 20-plus-yard plays this year. Love/Hate Week 5

Johnson, Hasselbeck shine in Colts' win

40-year-old Matt Hasselbeck threw two touchdowns to 34-year-old Andre Johnson. There had been only three previous TD passes in NFL history in which the passer was at least 40 years old and the receiver was at least 34 (via Elias).

Something about Hasselbeck

Matt Hasselbeck had a 92.1 Total QBR in Thursday's win over the Texans. The only 40-year old quarterback who had a better QBR with at least 20 pass attempts in the last decade is a man he used to back up: Brett Favre.

Brian Hoyer threw for 312 yards in three quarters. He's the first 300-yard passer to come off the bench since Chad Henne in 2012.

Texans coach Bill O'Brien is asked who his starting quarterback is. Says they'll have to watch film and discuss.

Tania Ganguli ESPN Staff Writer

"I believe in the guys in that locker room. ... Nothing's changed in that regard," O'Brien says. Adds, on the 1-4 record: "It's not good."

Matthew Berry's Love/Hate Week 5

Berry can't get enough of the rookie who ran all over the Cardinals a week ago. With the Packers on the docket, who allow the third-most yards before contact and yards per rush, Todd Gurley could go off on Sunday. Love/Hate Week 5
