Falcons announce that first-round pick Keanu Neal has officially signed his rookie contract.

The Jaguars announce they have signed sixth-round draft picks QB Brandon Allen and DE Tyrone Holmes.

The Los Angeles Rams announced a class of 19 undrafted rookies on Thursday afternoon. It includes University of Nevada DE Ian Seau, the nephew of Hall of Fame linebacker Junior Seau. The Rams also signed Colorado WR Nelson Spruce, the Pac 12 career record holder for receptions. That whole group plus a handful of tryout players will attend the team's rookie orientation this weekend in Oxnard.

Ravens signed their first draft pick, reaching a four-year, $2.595 million deal with OLB Matt Judon (fifth round). It includes a $255,736 signing bonus. Baltimore now has 10 picks to sign.

Marshawn Lynch's contract originally carried a cap hit of $11.5 million. Today's transaction cuts that number down to $5 million, creating $6.5 million in cap space. The Seahawks will absorb all of the $5 million in 2016, rather than spreading it out over the next two years.
