HURRICANES STILL WINLESS ON THE ROAD
The Hurricanes remain the only NHL team without a road win this season following their 2-0 loss in Dallas on Monday. (Every other club has at least two road victories.) The Canes are 0-8-3 in 11 road games, which equals the franchise record for the longest road winless streak to begin a season, a mark set by the 1981-82 Hartford Whalers (0-8-3).
